Where, in spirit of our Master and IVS core and founder Sri Bhagavan, the message of unity, love and Advaita Vedanta is spread through our satsangs, retreats, lectures, temple services and meditations.

An eternal friendship

Swami Abhyanandaji has been with us from the last 26 years. He came in contact with us almost from the time we are in Varanasi. His wife was an ardent devotee of Sri Bhagavan. She died after a prolonged illness and since then Abhyanandaji started living with us. He was given Sanyas by Sri Bhagavan in 2002. He is one of the poineers of the ashram in Varanasi. The transformation of the ashram from a remnant to well furnished building is because of his tireless hard work. We have seen extreme poverty together and our relationship grew stronger with more and more challenges. Today He is around 83 years but strong enough to support everybody who visits the ashram.
